Renaissance Cakes offer many tempting recipes for your cake including traditional dark fruit cake, moist chocolate mud cake, white chocolate mud cake, carrot cake, madeira, coconut, banana, caramel, tortes, milk chocolate, jaffa flavour - just to name a few. If you have a favorite recipe we would be delighted to make your special request. For formal cake designs our cakes are decorated with firm fondant icing which allows us to do more intricate icing work and for a less formal design we can ice in either dark, milk or white choclate ganache and other softer icings.
