Sorry I have not got back to you earlier. I came back to work with many deadlines. I would like to Thank You for the beautiful cake you made for us on the 9 Nov 2008 in the Hunter Valley. It was exactley how I wanted it and better. You did an excellent job and it tasted great. Peppers Convent staff commented and said it was the best cake they have ever seen at their weddings so far. So if you dont mind, I will give the Wedding Planners your details for any future work. The quantity of cake was great as well. Plenty to eat the days to follow...and you were right....the Jaffa Mud was excellent and a favourate. It really was fantastic and I cant thank you enough.  My husband and I look forward to ordering more special cakes from you in the future. Thanks again. Have a Merry Chirstmas and Happy New Year!
